I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the machines received from Guangzhou Meiyi Salon Equipment Co., Ltd., represented by L. LAM, now identified as Ben L. Despite being advertised as high-quality products, they exhibited significant defects, including safety issues and damaged parts. Additionally, the delivery of the machines was substantially delayed, far beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.
I discovered that I was charged $574 for an express delivery service with a 7 to 9-day timeframe, but the machines were shipped using a slower method, which actually cost only $186. This reveals unfair practices by the supplier.
As a result, I cannot recommend Guangzhou Meiyi Salon Equipment Co., Ltd. to other customers. Their conduct during this transaction was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
